As the months go on it is clear that VAL is maintaining a high percentage in successfully locating families for cases previously considered " No Family" cases. Although we're happy that families are being notified and dignity is given to the deceased, these numbers paint a vivid picture of the gaps in our system. We need to do better and adjust to allowing help within our agencies.
