 01  How do obtain pricing for contracted services?

 02  What is the typical turn around for cases?​

All cases are unique and depend on the availability of the person/persons we are trying to contact. We aim to work at a quick and timely pace to ensure quick notification for families. 

 

 

 03  What is the max work time for a case?

All cases submitted for a Premium review have a max work time of 8 hrs. Meaning the time worked on the case will not exceed 8 hours. Time can exceed 8 hours at the agreement of the Agency and The Voice After Life staff, however an additional hourly rate will be applied.
